A full, solicitor-drafted Privacy Policy is being finalized. This page is an honest, accurate interim summary of what actually happens to your data today — not a placeholder, and not a substitute for the final document.

What we collect

Your email address (magic-link sign-in, no password). Whatever you enter to run the product: playbook details, company names and signals you research, generated outreach drafts, and outcomes you log. If you connect an integration (HubSpot, Cal.com), the credential is encrypted at rest and only used for that integration. If you answer the product survey, we keep your answers, and your email only if you tick that we may follow up.

Who we share it with

The AI providers and services that power the product: Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, Apollo, Hunter (email finding and verification), Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email sending), and, only if you connect them, HubSpot and Cal.com. The full, current list is public: sub-processor list. We do not sell your data.

Your controls

From your Account page you can export everything associated with your account as a single file, or permanently delete your account and everything tied to it. Both are real, working features today, not planned ones.

Cold outreach and PECR

If you use Striker to send cold outreach, you are the sender and the controller of that data under UK PECR and GDPR — Striker is a processor acting on your instructions. Every outbound send includes an opt-out mechanism, and replies asking to unsubscribe are automatically added to a suppression list that blocks all future sends to that address.
